The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volleyball, demonstrated leadership skills, and a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. The Head Coach will be responsible for building and leading a positive, competitive program while fostering skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.</p> <p>Responsibilities/Requirements:</p> <p>The Head Coach will oversee all aspects of the Madeira Boys Volleyball program, including planning and leading practices, coaching competitions, and coordinating with any assistant coaching staff. Responsibilities include player development, academic monitoring, communication with athletes and families, equipment management, fundraising, organizing camps or clinics, and promoting the growth of the program within the school and community. The Head Coach will also ensure compliance with all OHSAA rules, school policies, and safety guidelines.</p> <p>Candidates must pass background checks and meet all Ohio Department of Education and Madeira City Schools coaching certification requirements.</p> <p>To Apply:</p> <p>Please submit a letter of interest and resume to Chris O'Brien, Athletic Director.
