MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products.</p> <p>Our heart beats for talents - be one of them!</p> <p>To strengthen our motivated Offset Printing Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Press Assistant.</p> <p>Your Role</p> <ul> <li>Performs area clearance to ensure product mix does not occur. </li><li>You will read and understand the job ticket to determine job set-up. </li><li>You will acquire and load materials according to schedule returning unused stock in a timely manner. </li><li>Inspects, mounts, removes, defaces, and properly disposes plates. </li><li>Sets up and adjusts guides to ensure quality work. </li><li>Monitors and keeps press running during Operator breaks and lunch. </li><li>Performs wash up duties on press for completed orders. </li><li>Operates fork truck and roll truck. </li><li>Maintains accurate records using good documentation practices. </li><li>Contributes to safety goals by maintaining a clean, clutter-free work area and promptly reports potentially unsafe conditions. </li><li>Complies with environmental and OSHA requirements to include wearing required personal protective equipment. </li><li>Other duties as reasonably requested. </li></ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Minimum 6 months general work experience </li><li>Basic math and computer skills </li><li>Detail-oriented, quality and safety focused </li><li>Ability to communicate in written and spoken English </li><li>Ability to lift up to 80 lbs </li></ul> <p>Desired:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a detailed, fast-paced environment </li><li>Familiarity with cGMP pharmaceutical printing or packaging industry </li></ul> <p>Our Offer</p> <p>We offer you a workplace in a stable environment at an international company which is an industry leader.
