<p>Job Description</p> <p>Infosys is seeking a Mantas Analyst. As a Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.</p> <p>Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, Fl or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. </li><li>At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. </li><li>Experience with Oracle FCCM/Mantas AML or Broker compliance domain. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>At least 8 years of hands-on experience, including analysis, design, development and testing (on Custom FCCM scenario development, FCCM Ingestion manager, Alert management workflow, scenario testing, Threshold tuning, batch configuration and monitoring). </li><li>Custom scenario development in the area of broker compliance and AML is the key. </li><li>Good knowledge of Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL. </li><li>Minimum 5 year of experience in Unix scripts development/maintenance. </li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. </li><li>Minimum 3 year of experience in Design. </li><li>Analytical and Problem-solving skills. </li><li>Experience with following SDLC processes - Agile. </li><li>Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills. </li><li>Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. </li></ul> <p>The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.</p>
