<p>Overview</p> <p>This role serves as the online representative for Beazer Homes. You will communicate with leads from the web to generate more interest in Beazer communities. This role also manages online web content for beazer.com and social media (Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube)</p> <p>Company Overview: Beazer Homes is committed to employee wellbeing and life-work balance, offering development opportunities, a flexible time-off program, and an industry leading parental leave policy.</p> <p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responds to all online customer leads by phone, text, or email in a timely manner with a goal of driving the prospect to visit a community sales center. </li></ul> <p>Uses of Customer Relationship Management system (SalesForce) to manage and monitor lead to walk-in conversion; performs follow-up tasks with all leads</p> <ul> <li>Focuses on setting community visits with engaged customers </li><li>Maintains a current knowledge base of communities, home plans, available quick move-in homes, incentives, and any upcoming events per division </li><li>Manages division's Beazer.com presence, including: community or division promotions and incentives, floorplans, photos/videos, office hours, directions, unique selling features and availability - using Content Management System </li><li>Creates social media plan for all communities within division for Pinterest and Facebook. Includes strategizing, creating, and uploading content to a Social Media portal on a monthly basis </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED </li><li>Sales or customer service experience preferred </li><li>Some college preferred </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Displays excellent verbal and written skills for effective communication </li><li>Fosters team environment within the Division </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Able to adjust quickly in changing environments </li><li>Self-motivated, with ability to work within a team </li></ul> <p>Technical Knowledge & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Computer savvy </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Typical office environment </li><li>Visits to communities will be required and may periodically work from sales office </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities</p> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
