It requires a deep understanding of information management, technology systems and operational needs of the command to ensure effective information sharing and collaboration to enhance the decision-making capabilities across the command. The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Performs knowledge management functions as directed by the Knowledge and Information Management (KIM) Office (KIMO)</p> </li><li> <p>Manages KM strategy and outlines a plan for managing and sharing information and knowledge within the organization</p> </li><li> <p>Manages a KM system that allows for the storage, retrieval, and sharing of information and knowledge</p> </li><li> <p>Provides user support services for training materials (i.e., Smart Cards, briefs) and events (i.e., Newcomers, Sr. Leaders Onboarding, Working Group meetings)</p> </li><li> <p>Educates staff on use of the knowledge management system and strategies, new tools, and/or new technologies</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with content management, building groups, and developing/modifying workflows</p> </li><li> <p>Responds to emerging process improvement requirements to improve unforeseen process shortfalls or problems</p> </li><li> <p>Designs web content using commercial best practices</p> </li><li> <p>Supports technical information papers, studies, technical reports, and briefings for projects, activities, or issues that may affect operations</p> </li><li> <p>Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>BA or BS degree in IT or related field along with 7 Years of knowledge management experience or related area</p> </li><li> <p>Required 8140 Cert: 431 - Intermediate; Security+ or GSEC; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices</p> </li><li> <p>Clearance Required TS with SCI eligibility</p> </li><li> <p><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>____</strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></p> </li></ul> <p>What You Can Expect:</p> <p>A culture of integrity.</p> <p>At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
