Subject to availability </li><li>Deaconess RN on Call is available for employees 24/7/365 to speak to an RN </li><li>Automatic enrollment in a 401K plan at 3% pre-tax contribution with an outstanding employer matching program </li><li>Competitive pay, shift and weekend incentives, yearly opportunities for pay increases and bonuses </li><li>Career advancement opportunities </li><li>Competitive pay, shift and weekend incentives, yearly opportunities for pay increases and bonuses </li></ul> <p>This position has responsibility to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Benefit Solutions service line, providing a high level of customer service, and ensuring that administrative processes are conducted in accordance with company policy.</p> <p>The basic job duties an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation include:</p> <ul> <li>Provides monthly reports to Benefit Solutions clients on services rendered, pertinent clinical data, and benefit of programming. </li><li>Assumes responsibility for reporting of all areas of Benefit Solutions including, but not limited to, DC at Work, Wellness, Comp, EAP, and Population Health. </li><li>Assists in development of high-quality presentations to companies upon request. </li><li>Ensures a high level of confidentiality at all times. </li><li>To undertake word processing, audio and copy typing, in an efficient and effective manner while meeting deadlines. </li><li>Serves as resource to the Benefit Solutions Account Executive and Practice Managers. </li><li>Participates in sales and strategy planning as appropriate. </li><li>Creates and maintains office spreadsheets and databases, entering data as required, and assisting with the production of charts, graphs and statistics. </li></ul> <p>Business Support Specialist Job Duties include the following; other duties may be assigned:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates with, managers, directors, physicians, service line coordinators, coders, and staff members to ensure the accuracy of data, identify trends and improve clinical quality outcomes </li></ul> <p>This job requires computer and systems competency in the following area:</p> <ul> <li>Enters data, retrieves data, assembles and organizes data, uses and analyzes data, and integrates diverse sources of data. </li><li>Competency in Excel, Microsoft Windows and other computer databases. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>College degree, business or computer sciences technical desirable with a minimum of five years' experience in a health care environment or business-related field. </li><li>Equivalent combination of education and experience required. </li></ul> <p>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul>
