The individual should have excellent communication skills keeping the QA department informed of all issues accordingly.</p> <p>Ways you will make a difference</p> <p>The responsibilities include adhering to all company policies, procedures, and FPC-established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The role involves performing quality checks, conducting testing, and carrying out tasks in a safe manner while following FPC safety methods. Critical Control Point Checks, daily weight checks of packaging materials, ATP/Allergen Swab testing, environmental swabbing, participating in GMP audits, conducting inspections as needed, reviewing packaging paperwork, conducting daily checks, performing plant walk-throughs, conducting action on out-of-specification products when necessary, maintaining inventory of supplies, and additional duties as assigned.</p> <p>Skills that will make you successful</p> <p>Maintains a clean and neat work area.</p> <p>Ability to work overtime as needed.</p> <p>Ability to work scheduled shift.</p> <p>Promotes teamwork, possess a good attitude, and exhibit flexibility and willingness to perform task as needed.</p> <p>Spreadsheet and database Knowledge (excel and access)</p> <p>Understands and is accountable for full compliance with safety, quality and other relevant requirements.</p> <p>Ensures compliance with FSSC, Organic, GFCO, and other relevant standards.</p> <p>Previous food manufacturing quality experience preferred.</p> <p>Experiences that will support your success</p> <p>1 year of food manufacturing quality experience highly preferred.</p> <p>High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience</p> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>At Ferrara, we're proud to support our employees with comprehensive benefits that enhance health, financial wellness, and include paid time off (PTO).
