Our employee ownership fosters a strong, collaborative culture where everyone's contributions matter and where we work together to find the best solutions for our customers.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>We're looking for a reliable and organized Yard Coordinator to ensure our equipment yard is clean, efficient, and ready for daily operations. Responsibilities include staging equipment for service, rental, and customer pickups/deliveries; power washing equipment before and after use; loading and unloading deliveries; and providing general support across departments as needed.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Utilize pressure washer to clean and maintain customer and Rexco owned construction equipment. </li><li>Operate pressure washer and maintain wash bay area, keeping drains and equipment in working/ presentable condition. </li><li>Ensure all equipment is cleaned before and after service or rental agreements, including engines and undercarriages. </li><li>Inspect cleaned equipment for quality assurance </li><li>Keeps yard clean and organized. </li><li>Stages equipment for sales, service and rental departments. </li><li>Maintains attachments in yard to ensure they are neatly displayed and easily assessable. </li><li>Coordinates equipment movement in/out of yard </li><li>Assists with inventory counts. </li><li>Load and Unload trucks making deliveries, communicate the arrival and place it in designated area in the yard. </li><li>Monitor fuel levels in all equipment and refuel as necessary </li><li>Review and optimize equipment layout for efficiency </li><li>Assist the various departments with tasks as needed. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management. </li><li>Provide outstanding customer service and represent Rexco Equipment with professionalism. </li><li>Promote a safety-first culture. </li><li>Utilize all safety equipment, PPE and follow safety procedures appropriately. </li><li>Conduct a visual inspection of the yard for hazards (e.g., spills, debris, uneven surfaces) </li><li>Check that all equipment is parked securely and safely. </li><li>Maintain a clean and safe shop that meets all OSHA and Rexco standards of operation. </li></ul> <p>If you want to be part of a great team of people, all moving in the same direction together, this may be for you!
