<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The position supports NSWCPD Code 541 which is the Program lead and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for the fielding and technical support of navigation data systems including, but not limited to NCDS, NDDS, SABDS and ECDIS-N/NECDIS on US Navy ships. The position will support required technical refresh of hardware and software, along with other technical advancements to these systems.</p> <p>Required Skills and/or Experience:</p> <p>Ten (10) years program/project management experience to include contract/task order management, budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, planning, and estimating. Experience managing Government contracts and/or task orders of a similar nature, facilitating technical and project teams for ship system development, delivery, and maintenance/modernization. Five (5) years of experience of experience in management of software and/or engineering projects for the maintenance, testing, product improvement, and configuration control of Navigation Systems and H&ME-monitoring-system- related equipment. Working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center and Fleet organizations is desired.</p> <p>Degree Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelor Degree from a nationally accredited college or university.</p> <p>In lieu of the education requirement, individuals should have fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the program management and program oversight of naval Navigation Systems, and HM&E systems or other technical equipment, systems or programs for the U.S. Navy.</p> <ul> <li>Must be a US Citizen </li><li>A secret security clearance </li></ul>
