If you love the thrill of matching top talent with the right opportunity, we have the role for you</p> <p>We are on the hunt for an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for hourly frontline roles across our Hospitality and Manufacturing operations. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner closely with hiring managers and HR, and play a critical role in ensuring our teams are staffed with great talent who keep our operations running. This is an onsite, hands-on recruiting role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with leaders and candidates.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly frontline roles, from intake through offer </li><li>Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities </li><li>Source candidates through job boards, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach </li><li>Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, availability, and fit </li><li>Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support interview and selection decisions </li><li>Support hiring events, job fairs, and open interview days </li><li>Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system </li><li>Deliver a positive, respectful candidate experience throughout the hiring process </li></ul> <p>Skills/Requirements</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or hourly environments </li><li>Experience recruiting for Hospitality, Manufacturing, Operations, or similar frontline roles </li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities </li><li>Comfort working onsite and engaging directly with leaders and candidates </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field </li><li>Experience supporting hiring events or large-scale hiring campaigns </li><li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems </li></ul> <p>#LI-DNI</p> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.</p> <p>We believe in supporting you from the moment you join us, which is why Kohler offers day 1 benefits. This means you'll have access to your applicable benefit programs from your first day on the job, with no waiting period. The salary range for this position is $64,750 - $98,350. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
