A-State participates in E-Verify.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Department of Health, Physical Education, and Sport Sciences [HPESS] seeks a highly qualified individual for the position of Temporary Instructor of Physical Education Teacher Education (9-month). This position will deliver quality instruction at the undergraduate level, mentor students, engage in scholarship activities related to the discipline, and contribute service to the university, community, and profession.</p> <p>This position has an anticipated start date of August 2025 and is located on the Arkansas State University-Jonesboro campus. The university is committed to providing resources to support faculty teaching, research and professional travel.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <p>This position will deliver quality instruction at the undergraduate level (load of up to 15 credit hours), mentor students, engage in scholarship activities related to the discipline, and contribute service to the university, community, and profession. Collaborate with faculty and staff on curriculum development and program improvements.
