Based in Massachusetts, with manufacturing facilities in Agawam, MA, Addison, IL, Asheville, NC, and Rockford, MN, OMG is an equal opportunity employer valuing integrity, teamwork, diversity, trust, respect, communication, accountability, proactive performance, and a passion for excellence!</p> <p>Opportunity</p> <p>Reporting to the E-Coat Group Leader and/or Supervisor, this candidate will work with our 1st Shift E-Coat and Dip Spin Teams in this finished goods production area.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Promote Safety as the Number One Priority of all OMG employees </li><li>Observes all safety rules. </li><li>Setup and operate various machines. </li><li>Perform quality checks on parts, ensuring parts meet quality specifications. </li><li>Package parts per specifications and palletize. </li><li>Rake product from loader into baskets to prepare for coating. </li><li>Using rake, level product in baskets on conveyors leading to coating machine. </li><li>Assist with unload of product from baskets to tubs not downloaded automatically to packing machines. </li><li>Record production details as necessary. </li><li>Package fasteners at dump stations as necessary. </li><li>Maintains a neat and well-organized work area. </li><li>Assist with maintenance machine as necessary. </li><li>Other duties as directed by Shift Supervisor or Group Leader. </li></ul>
