No external candidates or non-City employees will be considered</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provides assistance to City customers. </li><li>Resolves customer inquiries by issuing work orders into four (4) work order management systems </li><li>Perform extensive research of work orders and the City's billing system, analyses and responds to service requests for various City Departments and provides information on all City services. </li><li>Receives a high volume of inbound calls through an automated call distribution system. </li><li>May be asked to perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Requires a High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years of related experience </li><li>Experience working in teams is preferred </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is preferred </li></ul> <p>Other Information:</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>The City offers an excellent benefit package that includes:</p> <ul> <li>Texas Municipal Retirement System - the City offers a 2 to 1 match.
