<p>IT Director, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing</p> <p>The Director of IT is responsible for shaping and executing our technology vision across enterprise systems, infrastructure, compliance, and process optimization. The Director of IT serves as a senior advisor to the leadership team and a key enabler of operational excellence through robust system integration, regulatory compliance, and technology leadership.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a strategic business partner to the company's senior leadership team. </li><li>Define and execute a long-term IT roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth. </li><li>Collaborate with all departments to identify and implement technologies that enhance productivity </li></ul> <p>Digital Transformation & Integration</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end ERP and MES implementation and integration across supply chain, production, quality, and warehousing. </li><li>Harmonize technology platforms, especially during acquisitions, to ensure consistent service delivery and enterprise-wide visibility. </li></ul> <p>Compliance & Validation</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all IT systems comply with cGMP, ISO 15378, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP 5 validation standards. </li><li>Maintain audit readiness with validated system documentation, support internal audits and regulatory inspections. </li></ul> <p>Infrastructure & Cybersecurity</p> <ul> <li>Oversee IT infrastructure and network systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. </li><li>Lead cybersecurity strategy and business continuity planning. </li></ul> <p>Process Optimization & Project Management</p> <ul> <li>Champion digital solutions that automate processes, reduce manual entry, and streamline operations. </li><li>Develop and manage project plans ensuring timely, on-budget delivery using best-in-class project management practices. </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership & Development</p> <ul> <li>Manage and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. </li><li>Work closely with HR and leadership to attract and retain top IT talent. </li></ul> <p>Financial Oversight</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and manage the IT department's annual budget, including purchasing and vendor relationships. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Communication & Change Management</p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary liaison between IT and functions such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain. </li><li>Lead change management strategies to facilitate adoption of new technologies across departments. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). </li><li>10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing. </li><li>Proven success in leading ERP/MES implementations and validated systems in a GxP environment. </li><li>Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and budgeting. </li><li>Superior analytical and problem solving capabilities. </li><li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills. </li><li>Exceptional communication and collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate efforts across departments. </li><li>Strong leadership skills set and roll up sleeves style is necessary; the Director IT will be required to work both strategically and tactically on a day-to-day basis. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid or on-site based on operational needs </li><li>Occasional travel for audits, system rollouts, and vendor coordination </li><li>Must be able to support IT in cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environments </li></ul> <p>Juno is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
