This includes developing and implementing the Center's evaluation and impact assessments; directing funding program evaluations; meeting all external contractual needs; and providing supervision and management for the Evaluation division. The lead evaluator will work closely with the Center's Directors to ensure the execution of all evaluation activities. Candidate must demonstrate a commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.</p> <p>Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience</p> <p>Requires a master's degree in area of research specialty.</p> <p>Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Prefer previous experience in program evaluation with both qualitative and quantitative methodology. Prefer strong experience in Microsoft package (including Excel, Word, etc). Provide technical guidance to Directors and Portfolio Managers regarding data collection methodologies and reporting strategies.</p> <p>Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 30 Job Duty</p> <p>Contribute to the development of evaluation-related standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure consistent and effective implementation. Anticipate program data needs and prepare documentation to support long-term goals and compliance requirements.
