This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and serves as a key contact point for tenants and visitors, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment within the property.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform daily tasks and responsibilities as outlined, ensuring organizational goals and objectives are met. </li><li>Complete light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and professional workspace. </li><li>Provide courteous assistance to tenants and visitors at the front desk. </li><li>Dust surfaces and equipment regularly to ensure cleanliness and prevent accumulation. </li><li>Organize materials, tools, and supplies to create a functional and efficient work environment. </li><li>Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines. </li><li>Participate in additional activities as assigned to support team objectives and ensure operational efficiency. </li><li>Assist tenants with activating/deactivating accounts and resolving issues. </li><li>Serve as a Courtesy Officer to enforce property rules and ensure safety protocols are followed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education & Training:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Customer service training preferred. </li><li>Basic knowledge of parking systems is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. </li><li>Problem-solving skills to address tenant parking and account issues effectively. </li><li>Ability to enforce property rules in a professional and friendly manner. </li><li>Prior experience in concierge or tenant relations preferred. </li></ul>
