<p>Group Coordinator - Healthy Families Program</p> <p>Location: Kankakee, IL</p> <p>Compensation: $21.50 - $22.50/hour with a $50/month cell phone stipend</p> <p>Reports to: Program Supervisor</p> <p>Travel- 50% - Kane - Cook County.</p> <p>About Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness</p> <p>Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness is a mission-driven organization dedicated to delivering compassionate, community-based care that helps families thrive. Through our Healthy Families Program, we support pregnant women and families with education, connection, and meaningful engagement that strengthens parent-child relationships and builds lasting community support.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>We're seeking a Group Coordinator to lead engaging, family-centered programming for Healthy Families participants. This role plays a key part in creating welcoming spaces where parents feel supported, connected, and empowered.
