<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We have an opportunity for a Credit Analyst. We are looking for a team-oriented, results-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and process improvement. The role will maintain accounts receivable in accordance with established policies, practice,s and procedures in a manner that will result in sound receivables and prompt conversion into cash with a minimum of past due balances and bad debt loss.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>The Credit Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Reviewing reports for delinquent accounts. </li><li>Contacting customers regarding payments. </li><li>Forward and follow-up deductions with Customer Service and Quality. </li><li>Work with the sales department to involve sales reps when needed to resolve problem accounts. </li><li>Set up and maintain customer records. </li><li>Run D&B reports and send references for new customers. </li><li>Establish and maintain credit limits with authorized levels for new and established customers. </li><li>Ensure that all the company's financial practices, policies, and records are in compliance with corporate policies statutory regulations, and legislation, including Sarbanes-Oxley. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring (Qualifications):</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma required </li><li>Associate degree with an emphasis in accounting preferred </li><li>In lieu of an Associate degree, 3 years of credit experience, preferably working with customers and distributors in a manufacturing environment. </li></ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid #LI-DM3</p>
