Our TED Podcast team is a critical part of this mission, bringing engaging, thought-provoking content to listeners worldwide.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are currently seeing a part-time (15 hours per week) Operations Project Manager to support the Audience Strategy & Growth team in executing and overseeing marketing campaigns across Web and email.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build ad placements across key marketing levers including email and TED.com</p> </li><li> <p>Execute and oversee campaign setup across TED's tech stack, including SailThru, Hubspot and Salesforce</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet performance goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with stakeholders across Product, Brand Creative and the Marketing team to gather materials, produce ads, QA and test</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain all tracking & infrastructure across various channels and platforms to ensure accurate and compliant data collection & processing (UTMs, Chartable pixels, etc)</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong familiarity with project management and planning tools, like Airtable</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with building or managing ad builds across email and Web, with specific experience in Sailthru</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with HubSpot</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with Mixpanel</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills</p> </li><li> <p>Able to work independently</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Location: Remote or NYC</p> <p>Compensation: $50 - $65/hr (15 hours per week)</p> <p>TED Conferences LLC is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
