<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Boston, MA.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals </li><li>Project Manager will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations </li><li>Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track </li><li>Provide technical guidance on hardware, operating systems, networking, SAN, and security </li><li>Use advanced tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, Access, JIRA, and data analytics for reporting and tracking </li><li>Communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders </li><li>As a Project Manager, you will collaborate across teams in a matrix environment and adapt to changing priorities </li><li>Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices </li><li>Drive results with a proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach* Minimum three years of professional experience in IT security </li><li>Hands-on experience with project management concepts including planning, risk management, scheduling, estimating, resource management, and budgeting </li><li>Proven success as a technical expert in enterprise-wide IT solutions </li><li>Advanced knowledge of IT areas such as hardware, operating systems, SAN technology, networking, and security routers </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (pivot tables, charts), Visio, Access, data analytics, and JIRA </li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills for interaction with all management levels </li><li>Skilled at prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing needs </li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team within a high-pressure, matrix environment </li></ul>
