Maintain established service levels for product in-stock. Assist with special order requests. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains multi line product replenishment from vendors. </li><li>Maintains adequate inventory levels to ensure superior service levels to customers and sales force through use of industry standard Best Practices procedures. </li><li>Interacts and communicates both written and verbally with sales force, customers, and vendors in a timely and informative manner on market conditions, delivery schedules and product information. </li><li>Works in an environment that requires teamwork and the ability to work independently to maintain required job parameters. </li><li>Develops interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor, and trust, both internally and externally. </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience</p> <p>1 - 2 years office/administrative experience</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree: Business, supply chain or related area</p> <p>1 - 2 year purchasing experience or planning</p> <p>2 - 4 years purchasing or related area within foodservice industry</p> <p>Experience with replenishment and forecasting</p>
