Our primary focus is in-person meetings with families and preplanning seminars regarding prearranging. We also have the ability to sell remotely when necessary, and the Company will provide necessary telecommunication platforms to the Pre-Arrangement Advisors.</p> <p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Convert Company provided leads into sales. </li><li>Maintain a network of customers from Company provided leads. </li><li>Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. </li><li>Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs. </li><li>Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs. </li><li>Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale. </li><li>Daily use of SalesForce or applicable CRM system. </li><li>Attend daily/ weekly/monthly calls, training, call blocks, floor time in the office or home. </li><li>Report daily, weekly, monthly sales and appointments to Sales Manager </li><li>Comply with industry compliance during the entire sales process </li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Total Compensation $85,000-$100,000</p> <p>MINIMUM Requirements</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or Equivalent </li></ul> <p>Certification/License</p> <ul> <li>Appropriate Funeral Director License in Specific States Only </li><li>First 30 days of employment complete PAA Curriculum Certification Dignity University </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>2-5 years of Business to Consumer, Inside Homes/Remote Sales experience (preferred but not required) </li><li>1-2 years of industry experience (preferred but not required) </li><li>3-5 years in transferable experience </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Exceptional level of professionalism </li><li>Strong telephone, interpersonal and communications skills </li><li>High level of compassion and integrity </li><li>Strong "one call/visit close" ability </li><li>Must be able to multi task, set priorities and manage appointments </li><li>Experience with in-home and/or seminar based sales preferred </li><li>Proficient computer skills required, with experience working on a tablet preferred </li><li>Independent, self-reliant, and self-motivated </li><li>Excellent Customer Service Skills. </li><li>Conveys information clearly and concisely in written and spoken communication </li><li>Resolves problems and provides solutions to customers in a timely manner </li><li>Time management and organizational skills </li><li>Entry level Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) </li><li>Reliable transportation </li><li>Own a Cellphone </li></ul> <p>Work CONDITIONS</p> <p>When considering the work hours associated with this job, the following factors may apply:</p> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Work indoors and outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions </li><li>Limited amount of local and/or multiple location traveling </li><li>Traveling to customer's homes and local Business </li><li>Business casual attire is required when in contact with customers. </li></ul> <p>Work Postures</p> <ul> <li>Frequent, continuous periods of time standing </li><li>Sitting continuously for many hours per day </li><li>May required climbing stairs to access buildings frequently </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers, IPads, and phone usage </li><li>Move, push and pull up to 25 lbs. </li><li>Driving to and from appointments </li></ul> <p>Work Hours</p> <ul> <li>This outside sales position may require varied work hours depending on customer needs. </li><li>Travel locally with the distance varying depending on the market. </li></ul> <p>Postal Code: 63141</p> <p>Category (Portal Searching): Sales</p> <p>Job Location: US-MO - Creve Coeur</p>
