<p>Kforce has a client in Chesterfield, MO that is seeking a Senior Project Manager.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support the PMO in executing the SAP S/4HANA program plan, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and governance standards </li><li>Manage one or more functional workstreams (Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement) within the broader S/4HANA program </li><li>Maintain integrated project plans, milestone tracking, dependencies, and critical path activities across workstreams </li><li>Prepare and deliver project status reporting, dashboards, and executive level updates </li><li>Coordinate with Systems Integrators, SAP functional teams, and internal IT resources </li><li>Identify, track, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and inter workstream dependencies </li><li>Escalate risks and decisions through PMO and governance forums as needed </li><li>Support planning and execution of testing phases (SIT, UAT) in collaboration with functional teams </li><li>Coordinate cutover planning, mock conversions, readiness activities, and go live execution </li><li>Assist with hypercare planning and post go live stabilization activities </li></ul> <p>Partner with functional leads and SAP SMEs to drive planning and execution across:</p> <ul> <li>Operations (day to day business process enablement) </li><li>Manufacturing (PP, shop floor integration, production planning) </li><li>Supply Chain (logistics, inventory, demand/supply planning) </li><li>Procurement (P2P, sourcing, vendor management, integrations)* 5+ years of Project Management experience, including ERP or large scale enterprise implementations </li><li>Direct experience supporting SAP S/4HANA programs or SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations </li><li>Proven experience working within a PMO structure and enterprise governance model </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills </li></ul> <p>Strong understanding of at least one of the following domains:</p> <ul> <li>Operations </li><li>Manufacturing (PP) </li><li>Supply Chain/Logistics </li><li>Procurement/P2P </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification </li><li>SAP S/4HANA functional exposure in PP, MM, S2P/P2P, Inventory, or Logistics </li><li>Experience working with global or multi site manufacturing and supply chain environments </li><li>Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies (Activate, Waterfall, or Hybrid Agile) </li><li>Experience supporting system integrators and offshore delivery teams </li></ul>
