<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The Lead Merchandiser will support Merchandising Supervisors by teaching and coaching the Merchandising Team </li><li>As a Lead Merchandiser, you will identify replenishment needs and transport products between the backroom and the display floor using manual equipment, such as a pallet jack or hand truck, and/or utilize hand tools to keep shelves fully stocked at local retail stores </li><li>You will provide customer service to consumers and store team members by identifying and resolving concerns, answering questions, locating products, and responding to requests for assistance </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements </li><li>7 months plus of general work experience </li><li>Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis </li><li>Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
