Nestled in the Civic Center District, the Pasadena Convention Center accommodates meetings of all sizes with spacious exhibit halls, an expansive ballroom and over a dozen breakout rooms.</p> <p>Location: We are seeking an experienced Starbucks Supervisor for the Pasadena Convention Center!</p> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring Starbucks baristas prepare and serve coffee drinks, beverages and snack items in accordance with Sodexo Live! and Starbucks standards and guest expectations. </li><li>Actively oversee and participate in preparation, set-up, service, break-down and cleanup of store. </li><li>Uphold Sodexo Live's standards for guest service, safety, sanitation, and product quality. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum one (1) year Starbucks Managerial experience </li><li>Coffee experience preferred </li><li>Cashiering experience </li><li>Ability to work in fast paced environment </li></ul> <p>Must have flexible work schedule to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.</p> <p>Other requirements:</p> <p>Must be able to work in extremes of cold to heat.</p> <p>Must be able to exert well-paced mobility to maneuver quickly among different areas of the facility.</p> <p>As a condition of employment, proof of COVID vaccination may be required (subject to limited exceptions).</p> <p>Thank you for expressing interest in employment with Sodexo Live!.
