In this role you will primarily support students receiving funding through Herzing University community partnerships by providing personalized guidance on financial aid options. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, student-focused environment and excels at clear, proactive communication. Financial Aid Advisors receive onboarding support through our On-the-Job Training Program and have opportunity for growth by means of our Career Pathways.</p> <p>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Great customer services skills and experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience/knowledge of Student Information Systems (CampusNexus & Regent preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Title IV administration preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay:</p> <p>Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range.
