Convert project execution plans into disciplined daily and weekly field operations while leading union craft personnel in accordance with CBA compliance.</p> <p>Reports To: Project Executive</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead union electrical crews per CBA; manage field operations, crew performance, and production targets </li><li>Own installation planning, layout execution, and work packaging; maintain rolling 3-6 week lookahead schedule </li><li>Track field productivity and financial performance; implement corrective actions and validate change orders </li><li>Enforce project safety plan and quality standards; conduct inspections and reduce rework </li><li>Coordinate VDC/BIM and prefab integration; complete daily documentation and reporting </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Journeyman-level electrical background strongly preferred </li><li>Proven experience leading union electrical field operations on complex commercial/industrial projects </li><li>Ability to read/interpret drawings/specs and execute plan-to-install </li><li>Working knowledge of scheduling concepts and field-level cost control </li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience integrating VDC/BIM and prefab into field execution </li><li>Familiarity with Lean/LPS-style weekly planning </li><li>Experience supervising large crews and fast-track/multi-phase work </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements: Ability to walk job sites regularly, climb, bend, lift up to 20 lbs, stand for extended periods, and tolerate computer monitor exposure for administrative duties.</p> <p>Travel: Primarily jobsite-based with regular project travel; occasional out-of-area or overnight travel required.</p> <p>If you are interested in this position and qualified please send me your resume and salary qualifications.
