Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.</p> <p>In the role of Construction Engineer, we'll count on you to:</p> <ul> <li>Perform complex construction assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of standard construction engineering techniques and procedures </li><li>Conduct project field coordination, documentation, cost monitoring, bidding and scheduling </li><li>Receive, issue and track RFIs, submittals and other required data </li><li>Perform other duties as needed </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 3 years experience in construction engineering </li><li>Local candidates preferred </li><li>Professional Engineer or Certified Construction Manager designation </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field</p> </li><li> <p>Previous construction engineering experience</p> </li><li> <p>Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience using Microsoft Office, Estimating & CPM Scheduling Software, and web-based document collaboration software.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Believe</p> <p>HDR is our company.
