<p>Description</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Portfolio/ Risk Specialist is responsible for evaluating and monitoring an Indirect assigned portfolio for purposes of credit quality, risk management and/or portfolio analysis.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Identifies credit quality issues, potential portfolio risks and/or economic risk. </li><li>Monitors the Indirect Auto, RV, Marine Powersport portfolio for compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Evaluates and reports on the portfolio performance and forecasts future performance trends. </li><li>Informs management of potential credit and/or economic portfolio risk and recommends strategies to minimize the risk. </li><li>Maintains all documentation on the assigned portfolio. </li><li>Works with various bank personnel in developing strategies that support portfolio objectives. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>4+ years of related experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>Indirect Underwriting Experience </li><li>Strong reporting skills </li><li>Ability to work closely with all levels of staff </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Must be a critical thinker and able to work independently or within a group </li><li>Consistently model high levels of professional demeanor and integrity </li></ul> <p>Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Workplace Type:</p> <p>Office</p> <p>Our Approach to Office Workplace Type</p> <p>Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
