<p>Overview</p> <p>In this role, the intern will provide technical support to Amcor (formerly Berry Global) computer users.</p> <p>This role is intended for a student enrolled in an IT related program.</p> <p>This is a year round internship, working approximately 20 hours per week.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li> <p>Attend the Help Desk call center phones</p> </li><li> <p>Work on Help Desk Level 1 tickets</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot user's problems</p> </li><li> <p>Active Directory password resets</p> </li><li> <p>AS/400 password resets</p> </li><li> <p>Create documentation to improve Help Desk issues</p> </li><li> <p>PC Setups</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as required</p> </li></ol> <p>Qualifications</p> <ol> <li> <p>0-3 Years experience on the Help Desk</p> </li><li> <p>Good Problem solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of PC hardware, Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7 and Windows 10)</p> </li><li> <p>Good written and oral communications</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail when concerning user's issues and resolutions</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent Customer Service</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work with all levels of management</p> </li><li> <p>Reports directly Help Desk Supervisor</p> </li><li> <p>Current college student, enrolled in IT or similar program</p> </li></ol> <p>Responsibilities 1.
