<p>ABOUT THE ROLE</p> <p>The Sales Coordinator assists with general administration tasks in support of management and executives. They prepare, arrange and coordinates sales-related events and projects. The Sales Coordinator authors and prepares presentations and proposals for prospective customers, and generates, maintains, and updates sales reports and prospective client lists.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Processes sales orders, updates and creates work orders, and maintains and updates internal sales tracking systems. </li><li>Answers and makes sales calls. </li><li>Processes orders/invoices and contracts. </li><li>May make travel arrangements for various departments. </li><li>May take meeting minutes. </li><li>Creates and maintains sales kits and sends customer-requested materials. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Associates Degree or relevant experience </li><li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal </li><li>Planning/Organizational skills - able to prioritize work activities, use time efficiently and work through projects in a self-motivated manner </li><li>Adaptability - able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events </li><li>Problem-solving skills - able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; able to apply independent judgment on a regular basis in making decisions </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Publisher </li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment </li><li>Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills </li></ul>
