<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Represent an exceptional lineup of world-class spirits, beer, and wine - build relationships, grow market share, and elevate your sales career with Reyes Beverage Group.</p> <ul> <li>Portfolio: Gallo Wine and Spirits </li><li>Field-based sales position supporting retail chain accounts. The territory will focus on Northern California </li><li>Family-owned company with 50 years of stability and growth. </li><li>Values-driven culture focused on integrity, teamwork, and accountability. </li><li>Ongoing training and development to support long-term sales success. </li><li>Competitive pay with incentive opportunities, 401(k) match, full health benefits, and generous PTO. </li></ul> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Expert on driving the execution strategy, business systems, and operating philosophy for assigned national customers. </li><li>Leads a team of sales professionals and partners with the business unit teams and national and regional customers to influence annual plans that support business objectives. </li><li>Lead and execute all sales priorities and initiatives for assigned retail customers </li><li>Serve as a critical customer operations relationship manager that enables collaboration and influence at all levels of our customer's operations teams </li><li>Develop execution plans with assigned retailers, selling in display and operations plans. </li><li>Partner directly with suppliers, business unit leadership, supply chain, and other partners to ensure the effective execution of retailer strategies </li><li>Travel up to 35% of the time </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience </li><li>Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
