<p>SESAC is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Coordinator, Creative Services & Administration to join our team. In this role you will provide administrative support to members of the Creative Services leadership team by managing calendars, coordinating travel, etc. and will also support high-quality client service for SESAC Affiliate Writers (SAWs). The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong sense of discretion when handling confidential information, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to adjust to evolving departmental needs.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing:</p> <p>SESAC Affiliate Writers (SAWs):</p> <ul> <li>Maintaining accurate affiliate data, IPI records, and supporting rights administration activities (e.g., LODs, territory amendments, catalog updates). </li><li>Assisting with creative administration functions, including contract processing, account updates, terminations, deal management, etc. </li><li>Addressing incoming SAW inquiries regarding registrations, distributions, account maintenance, and terminations. </li><li>Supporting the onboarding of new SAWs by issuing e-Apps, collecting deal documents, and distributing digital welcome kits. </li><li>Serving as liaison between Creative Services, internal departments, affiliates, and external partners. </li><li>Supporting assigned SAWs, managing unsolicited inquiries, and ensuring high-quality client service. </li></ul> <p>General Administrative:</p> <ul> <li>Managing day-to-day administrative support, including calendars/scheduling, travel coordination, and project tracking. </li><li>Preparing reports, presentations, and other correspondence. </li><li>Assisting with the planning and coordination of events and meetings. </li><li>Supporting IPI lookups, and other research tasks and projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What Makes You Qualified:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. </li><li>1+ years of administrative or client support experience; entertainment or music industry experience preferred. </li><li>Solid understanding of the music industry, including PROs, publishers, and songwriters. </li><li>Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively. </li><li>Excellent writing and communication skills, thoroughness, and a flexible and proactive problem solver. </li><li>Independent judgment to prioritize and organize workload and make informed business decisions. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Prezi a plus. Confident working with and learning new technologies. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships with internal colleagues as well as external partners. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. </li><li>Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. </li><li>Willingness to align work hours with Pacific Time zone as needed. </li></ul> <p>This is a hybrid role that will require you to commute to the office a minimum of three days a week.</p>
