<p>You will report directly to our Configuration Manager and you'll work out of our Lincolnshire, Illinois location on an On-site work schedule.</p> <p>In this role, you will impact the integrity and accuracy of configuration data, enabling smooth project execution and supporting Honeywell's commitment to delivering reliable and innovative products to our customers. You will also manage critical documentation in TeamCenter for the IL59 Lincolnshire site, including Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), variances, quality documents, internal and external audits, and corrective action requests, while providing support to other sites such as Juarez and Poole on ECN management.</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate configuration management activities across projects and teams to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Manage documentation in TeamCenter, including ECNs, variances, quality documents, internal audits, external audits, and corrective action requests. </li><li>Support other sites, including Juarez and Poole, with ECN management and related configuration activities. </li><li>Maintain and update configuration documentation, including baselines, change records, and status reports. </li><li>Support change control processes by tracking and reporting on configuration changes and ensuring proper approvals. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering, quality, and project management teams to resolve configuration issues and discrepancies. </li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements related to configuration management. </li></ul> <p>YOU MUST HAVE</p> <ul> <li>Experience in configuration management or coordination roles, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment. </li><li>Strong knowledge of configuration management processes, tools, and documentation standards. </li><li>Proficiency in using TeamCenter or similar configuration management software and databases to track and control changes. </li><li>Ability to analyze and resolve configuration discrepancies and support change control procedures. </li><li>Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to configuration management. </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. </li><li>Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting complex projects. </li><li>Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 10007 or similar configuration management frameworks. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>US PERSON REQUIREMENT</p> <p>Due to export control law, candidates must be a US. Citizen, Permanent Resident or have protected status under asylum or refugee</p> <p>The salary rate of pay for this position is $60,700 - $75,900. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
