<p>Position:</p> <ul> <li>Preschool Program Supervisor </li></ul> <p>Reports to:</p> <ul> <li>Director of Pupil Services </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid State of Ohio administrative certificate/license (Supervisor, Administrative Specialist, Principal, Superintendent, etc.) or eligibility for licensure. </li><li>Valid State of Ohio P-3 or P-5 Intervention Specialist teaching license/ </li><li>Experience as a special education teacher, preschool preferred. </li><li>Ability to manage day-to-day staff activities including hiring, training/professional development, OTES evaluations, etc. </li><li>Ability to be a team leader in the areas of IEP/ETR procedures. </li><li>Ability to advise school district administrators, special education related services personnel, teachers and other personnel regarding early childhood education. </li><li>Ability to provide leadership and direction relating to best practices that support data-based preschool improvement initiatives. </li><li>Familiarity with all state and federal regulations including early childhood standards and Step Up to Quality. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership within the profession. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills including the use of technology. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with various audiences including parents. </li><li>Ability to work as part of a team. </li><li>Successful BCII & FBI background checks. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualification:</p> <ul> <li>Experience supervising/managing educational staff members. </li><li>Experience with preschool programs and administration. </li></ul> <p>Contract:</p> <ul> <li>216 days </li></ul> <p>Application Process:</p> <ul> <li>All interested applicants should submit an electronic application to TCESC. </li><li>Visit the TCESC webpage under Our Employment Opportunities, Job Postings, or click here http://www.trumbullesc.org/ </li></ul> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity Statement</p> <p>The Trumbull County Educational Service Center Governing Board does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, or genetic information in employment or the provision of services.</p>
