<p>The Field Merchandiser has the opportunity to learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing convenience store business and stretch your current skills by executing various merchandising projects in multiple designated stores. You will learn to operate all Kitchen and Store Side duties, execute planograms, and ensure all pricing and point of sale material are properly maintained. You will be provided with an onboarding/training program to set you up for success.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Executing merchandising projects at store level across multiple outlets </li><li>Ensure all merchandising guidelines are being followed </li><li>Direct communication with various internal departments as well as our vendor partners </li><li>Maintaining planograms, pricing and POS </li><li>Providing exceptional customer service </li><li>Creating/improving merchandising solutions </li><li>Managing time and workload to ensure assigned stores receive continuous support </li><li>Attending/Assisting in multiple planned resets </li><li>Assisting in all New Store opening set up processes </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision </li><li>A competitive mindset and the drive to be the best </li><li>Strong Communication, organizational skills and possess a high energy level </li><li>Retail and/or food service experience would be an asset </li><li>A desire to be physically active and work in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma required, University/College is an asset </li><li>A Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand for extended periods, ranging from 8 to 10 hours. </li><li>Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Comfortable working in environments with wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels. </li></ul> <p>Parker's is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
