<p>Assistant Teacher, Special Education (2025 - 2026 School Year)</p> <p>Job Title: Assistant Teacher, Special Education (2025 - 2026 School Year)</p> <p>Location: Onsite - Boston</p> <p>Position Type: Full Time, 10-month position</p> <p>Summary of position:</p> <p>The Baker Center for Children and Families (also known as Judge Baker Children's Center), promotes the best possible mental health of children and families through the integration of research, intervention, training, and policy.</p> <p>The Manville School, a highly successful and reputable educational program, is seeking an Assistant Teacher for the upcoming 2025 - 2026 school year. The Assistant Teacher provides academic and behavioral support to students while carrying out curriculum instruction within the classroom under the supervision of the special education teacher. The Assistant Teacher supports implementation of lessons and carries out curriculum instruction, tailored to meet students' specific learning needs/behavioral profiles. The Assistant Teacher actively participates in academic instruction and classroom management, while learning and applying effective evidence-based behavior management techniques.
