<p>The C. W. Williams Community Health Center, Inc. currently seek to hire responsible individuals to serve in the capacity of Call Center Representative.</p> <p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Answers phone calls from existing patients, new patients, potential patients, and the general public in a timely manner </li><li>Schedules appointments; answering questions and addressing concerns </li><li>Retrieving messages from the answering machine; promptly returning calls </li><li>Taking messages and routing messages to appropriate staff </li><li>Providing information regarding CWWCHC providers; and providing general information regarding CWWCHC's programs and services. </li></ul> <p>QUALITIES/SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Active listening skills </li><li>Customer service skills </li><li>Patient, empathetic and positive attitude </li><li>Ability to multi-task and produce results </li><li>Ability to work individually and within a team </li><li>Computer literacy </li><li>Phone skills, including voice (can hear your smile), familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems </li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalency, preferred </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.
