<p>Job Description</p> <p>Paine College seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to serve as Assistant Coach for Men's and Women's Golf. This full-time position works closely with the Head Coach to support all aspects of the golf program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, energy, and a strong commitment to advancing the success of student-athletes and the mission of Paine College.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist with all facets of the golf program, including: </li><li>Training and skill development </li><li>Recruiting prospective student-athletes </li><li>Organizing team travel and logistics </li><li>Strength and conditioning programs </li><li>Practice planning and execution </li><li>Fundraising and alumni engagement </li><li>Community involvement and First Tee of Augusta initiatives </li><li>Ensure compliance with Paine College, NCCAA Division I rules, and institutional policies. </li><li>Represent Paine College with professionalism and integrity. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Successful coaching, recruiting, and/or playing experience at the collegiate level required. </li><li>Working knowledge of NCCAA Division I rules and regulations. </li><li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. </li><li>Commitment to academic success and the educational mission of Paine College. </li><li>High moral character and adherence to university and state codes of conduct. </li></ul> <p>Evaluation</p> <p>Performance will be assessed in accordance with Paine College's faculty/staff evaluation process.</p> <p>Paine College is an Affirmative Action, Equal Educational Opportunity Institution.</p>
