<p>Kforce's client is seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to support high-volume creative and production work across marketing, communications, and internal teams. This is an execution-focused role responsible for translating established brand standards into polished, accurate, and production-ready assets.</p> <p>This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, making it ideal for candidates who prefer off-hours work or need a role that can fit alongside other commitments.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Update and maintain design assets across multiple formats including PDFs, presentations, digital ads, print materials, and templates </li><li>Apply brand guidelines consistently across pre-designed layouts and systems </li><li>Customize materials for end clients, including benefit forms and branded communications </li><li>Edit and format documents using Adobe InDesign (primary focus) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing) </li><li>Swap logos, imagery, colors, and copy with a high degree of accuracy </li><li>Create and modify forms, documents, and simple layouts for both internal and external use </li><li>Produce deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) </li><li>Utilize tools like Adobe Express to generate on-brand assets efficiently </li><li>Prepare files for print and digital distribution (formatting, exporting, packaging) </li><li>Manage multiple incoming requests in a deadline-driven environment </li><li>Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all deliverables are error-free and aligned with brand standards </li><li>Collaborate with designers, marketers, and internal stakeholders to execute projects efficiently </li><li>Track and manage work through project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) </li></ul> <p>What Success Looks Like:</p> <ul> <li>Delivers high-quality work quickly without sacrificing precision </li><li>Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail (alignment, spacing, consistency, and accuracy)* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent practical experience) </li><li>Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (required) </li><li>Experience editing and working with Adobe PDFs (Acrobat) </li><li>Comfortable designing within Microsoft PowerPoint and Word </li><li>Experience working within established templates and brand guidelines </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously </li><li>Effective communication skills and openness to feedback </li></ul>
