<p>Executes FlexStaff staffing strategy for assigned areas to ensure client needs are met. Receives and fulfills staffing requests of clinical and non-clinical contingent staff for assigned areas. Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical leaders to manage and align employee resources against site needs.</p> <p>This is a remote position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitors staffing needs for specified areas and ensures support expectations are met. </li><li>Reviews and submits temp profiles against long term staffing needs. </li><li>Reviews and confirms temp short-term requests to support daily needs. </li><li>Monitors and updates all long-term orders in FlexStaff database to ensure accuracy. </li><li>Documents daily communications between site/staff in FlexStaff database. </li><li>Initiates and promotes process improvement opportunities, as necessary. </li><li>Monitors filled percentage of long-term and short-term orders, reporting back to management. </li><li>May collaborate with myTIME Kronos team, HR Technology and FlexStaff leadership to promote the development, implementation and continuous improvement of technology. </li><li>Ensures compliance standards are met before approving staff for shift(s) both short and long term. </li><li>Performs related duties, as required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of all applicable health system, New York State and Federal employment regulations, preferred. </li><li>Microsoft Office Suite experience, required. </li><li>Strong verbal, written and customer service skills, required. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, required. </li><li>Additional Salary Detail </li></ul> <p>The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
