<p>Manages communication with the business at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues. Manages client expectations and ensures project delivery is in conformance with Program/Project Best Practices methodologies and standards. Manages communication with the business at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues. Contributes to and responsible for multiple teams' goals & objectives. Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience). Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP), CSM, or SAFe (or equivalent). 7+ years of related technical project management experience. Experience working in a hybrid model of project execution including Waterfall, Agile, and combination of both. Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Experience with operations, technology, and the financial services industry. Experience with planning of multiple large projects in terms of scheduling, LOE/estimation techniques, stakeholder coordination, managing budget, and end-to-end execution. Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous burndown techniques, numerous retrospective formats, handling defects, etc.) Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, etc. Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team. Experience with deriving and managing project metrics, statistics and reporting the same at different levels. Experience with Agile practice, project management and working in hybrid methodologies. Experience with issues resolution and conflict management. Previous experience as a manager. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Experience working in technology/development role earlier in the career. Exposure to cloud environment and large distributed, client facing apps is a big plus.</p>
