You will work alongside dedicated caregivers, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.</p> <p>The Total Rewards Analyst develops, implements, and administers various Total Reward Programs for any of the following areas: Retirement, Employee Benefits, Leave Administration, Service Relations, Total Rewards or Compensation, to provide consistent and equitable treatment of employees and to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am-5:00pm.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Administer specific Total Rewards programs, including reviewing changes or enhancements to ensure the programs comply with internal polices and external regulations and they are market competitive.</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend changes and improvements as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with employee communications to introduce and explain plan changes.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a liaison between other areas of Total Rewards, Human Resources, and/or third-party administrators.</p> </li><li> <p>Determine eligibility for participation in various Total Reward programs and maintain records.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform audits of various Total Reward programs and their application to ensure compliance with internal policies and local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Make recommendations for improvements as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Finance/Accounting</p> </li><li> <p>5 years of professional and functionally relevant experience in a Human Resources environment including at least 3 years of Total Rewards experience</p> </li><li> <p>OR 4 years professional and functionally relevant experience including as least 3 years of Total Rewards experience with a Master's degree OR 10 years of Human Resources/Total Rewards experience may substitute for the degree requirements</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefit Professional (CBP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)</p> </li><li> <p>Master's Degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations, including international travel.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually.</p> </li><li> <p>In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Personal Protective Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Minimum hourly: $33.46</p> <p>Maximum hourly: $51.03</p> <p>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package, which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement.</p>
