This role involves installing and configuring software and hardware, troubleshooting system issues, and providing technical support to end-users.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide on-site IT personnel for the Miami Office. </li><li>Install and maintain computer systems and software on laptops and PCs. </li><li>Maintain IT asset management system and tracks assets such as desktop PCs, laptops and peripheral equipment, including replacement, repair and disposal. </li><li>Maintain and complete scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment. </li><li>Resolve issues with hardware, applications, network access (wired and wireless), printers, and other IT assets. </li><li>Meet with staff to provide one-on-one technical assistance as needed/requested. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized office environment, network/server closets, and server rooms. </li><li>Contribute to policy, procedure, and standards development and documentation. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred. </li><li>Minimum 2 3 years of hands-on experience in an IT-related role (relevant internship experience included). </li><li>Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and databases. </li><li>Ability to analyze problems, exercise judgment, think strategically and make sound objective decisions. </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus. </li><li>Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation. </li><li>Experience with the following: </li><li>Microsoft Windows 11 </li><li>Microsoft Windows Server 2019 or newer </li><li>Microsoft 365 </li><li>Microsoft Active Directory </li><li>Network switches and cabling </li><li>Wireless networks </li><li>Cloud technologies </li><li>Virtualization </li><li>Cybersecurity </li></ul> <p>Doeren Mayhew is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
