You will provide advanced troubleshooting and production support for Veeva Vault applications.</p> <p>Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Developer job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide L3 production support and troubleshooting for Veeva Vault Safety applications in compliance with defined SLAs.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform system administration tasks, including user account creation, modification, and deactivation processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage incidents, problem tickets, and change requests using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and object data to meet business requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with GxP standards and life sciences industry processes, maintaining accurate documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 5+ years in Veeva Vault support and administration, with at least 2+ years in L3 support.</p> </li><li> <p>Certified in Veeva Vault (preferably Veeva Vault Safety) with strong troubleshooting and system administration skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Good understanding of ServiceNow processes (Incidents, Problem Tickets, Change Management) and compliance with GxP standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
