We're seeking a motivated and experienced Radiology CT Supervisor to lead our CT technologists, optimize daily operations, and support ongoing growth and innovation in diagnostic imaging.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead with Impact: Supervise CT staff in daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to safety protocols, and exceptional patient care.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Oversight: Create staff schedules, assign workloads, and monitor department flow to maintain high productivity and imaging quality.</p> </li><li> <p>Team Development: Onboard, train, and provide ongoing feedback to technologists using the FAST model (frequent, accurate, specific, and timely feedback)</p> </li><li> <p>Quality & Safety Assurance: Maintain equipment, manage QC protocols, and ensure all staff follow state, ACR, and accreditation guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Performance Monitoring: Conduct performance evaluations, support career development, and engage in crucial conversations with professionalism and empathy.</p> </li><li> <p>Patient Experience: Foster a culture of customer service excellence, promptly address patient and visitor concerns, and champion satisfaction initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Communication Champion: Serve as the communication bridge between staff and upper management sharing updates, wins, and challenges regularly.</p> </li><li> <p>Innovate & Improve: Identify and implement process improvements, manage EMR schedule templates, and act as a department Superuser for new applications.</p> </li></ul> <p>Ongoing Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Weekly updates to Manager regarding team performance and challenges</p> </li><li> <p>Monthly collection and analysis of QI metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Active participation in supervisor and interdepartmental meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Oversight of compliance with all protocols and documentation standards</p> </li><li> <p>LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such, may require specific annual education related to specialty certifications and standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology - CT</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of CT experience, with prior leadership experience highly valued</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to oversee teams and workflows in a high-volume environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Licking Memorial Health Systems is an equal opportunity employer and maintains compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations.
