With seven clinical sites and a dedicated team of professionals, CAMcare is a vital part of the region's healthcare safety net.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our OB/GYN Department. The WHNP will provide comprehensive, patient-centered reproductive and gynecological healthcare services across the lifespan, including preventive care, family planning, prenatal and postpartum care, and management of common gynecologic conditions. This position supports the goals of CAMcare's HRSA grant by addressing women's health disparities and increasing access to integrated care.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide comprehensive women's health services, including well-woman exams, contraception counseling, STI screenings, prenatal care, and menopause management. </li><li>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other members of the care team. </li><li>Ensure culturally competent, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care is provided. </li><li>Participate in care coordination and health promotion activities in alignment with HRSA and UDS standards. </li><li>Document all care in the electronic health record (EHR) in a timely and accurate manner. </li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including HEDIS measures and clinical benchmarks. </li><li>Serve as a preceptor or mentor for students as needed in partnership with academic institutions. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program </li><li>Board Certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with extensive women's health experience </li><li>Current New Jersey APRN and RN licenses </li><li>DEA license with NJ CDS registration </li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred </li><li>Prior experience working in an FQHC or with underserved populations is highly desirable </li></ul> <p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):</p> <ul> <li>Maintain 90% compliance with UDS and HEDIS measures for women's health </li><li>Achieve and maintain patient satisfaction score of = 85% </li><li>Close = 85% of patient encounters within 72 hours in the EHR </li><li>Meet productivity targets as defined by the OB/GYN Clinical Director </li><li>Active participation in at least one quality improvement project annually </li></ul> <p>Why Join CAMcare?</p> <ul> <li>Mission-driven work improving health equity and access </li><li>Collaborative, interdisciplinary care model </li><li>Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and generous PTO </li><li>Eligibility for federal loan repayment programs through HRSA </li></ul> <p>CAMcare Health Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>Work Schedule:</p> <p>Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</p> <p>Flexibility to work extended hours from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM as needed</p> <p>Occasional Saturday shifts based on rotation, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM</p>
