<p>Please note: All candidates MUST COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION specific to this position in order to be considered for employment.</p> <p>Full-Time Sales Position serving Lebanon, Enfield and Canann, NH</p> <p>Benefit Eligible:</p> <ul> <li>Health Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, & Prescription </li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts </li><li>Company paid Short Term Disability </li><li>Company Paid Life and AD&D Insurance with additional Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance available </li><li>401(K) Plan with company match </li><li>Paid Time Off and 3 Paid Holidays </li><li>Voluntary Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and/or Accident Insurance </li><li>Employee Assistance Program available to employees and their family </li><li>Employee Discount Program </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li></ul> <p>Position Information: Responsible for the distribution objectives and sales goals in an assigned area of all products distributed by Amoskeag Beverages, LLC.</p> <p>Primary Contribution to Amoskeag Beverages:</p> <ul> <li>Establish long-term relationships with customers </li><li>Service accounts, securing primary display space </li><li>Responsible for understanding and complying with all suppliers Quality Assurance guidelines and procedures, without exception </li><li>Work with your Area Sales Manager to meet Company goals </li><li>Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Service customers, consistently, in your assigned area, including non-buyers </li><li>Be knowledgeable of our products and be persuasive in selling them </li><li>Send, via internet, customer sales each day to dispatch for processing </li><li>Work with merchandisers to keep product displayed properly for sale </li><li>Stock all shelves, coolers, and displays before taking product inventory for accurate ordering purposes </li><li>Attend all sales meetings to stay current on all Company promotions </li><li>Responsible for the quality assurance of all Amoskeag Beverages inventory in accounts (No Out of Code) </li><li>Responsible for general market intelligence and competitors activity </li><li>Report any customer complaints or lost business to Area Manager in a timely manner </li><li>Submit all reports timely and accurately as required </li><li>Collecting invoices, debts and returning funds, promptly </li><li>Understand and comply with all local, State and Federal regulations as they apply to the beer industry </li><li>Perform all duties safely and responsibly </li><li>Other duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>At least 1-3 years of previous sales experience required </li><li>Experience in the Beverage Industry preferred </li><li>Driving record that meets the Companys standards per the Fleet Policy, valid driver's license and reliable transportation </li><li>Must be personable, pleasant, knowledgeable, persuasive, organized, technology literate, responsible, and flexible </li><li>Must be a team player, self-starter, with little supervision necessary </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and up to 165 lbs. occasionally </li><li>Able to reach, stand, sit, kneel, bend, push, pull, and climb repeatedly or for long periods of time </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Primarily retail environment; bars, restaurants, chain stores, convenience stores and other retail establishments </li><li>Driving in all road and weather conditions, wearing a seatbelt while operating a vehicle for business purposes </li><li>Business casual attire </li></ul> <p>Job Title: Sales Representative</p> <p>Department: Sales</p> <p>Reports To: Area Sales Manager</p> <p>Exempt/Nonexempt: Commission/Exempt</p> <p>Direct Report: None</p>
