<p>Campus Executive Director</p> <p>Rasmussen University</p> <p>Odessa, FL</p> <p>Accepting internal applications through close of business on Monday, December 22, 2025</p> <p>The Campus Executive Director (CED) is the leader of the Rasmussen University mission, vision, and culture at the campus level. The CED directly manages all Operations staff and the Dean of Nursing to achieve successful residential campus operations, including enrollment goals, fiscal health, student learning & outcomes, NCLEX pass rate goals, program completion goals, student & employee satisfaction, and community relations. CED ensures all areas are working in concert to expand the reach and achievement of the mission.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manages performance of the campus' Operations staff and Nurse Administrator, and dotted line management of residential School of Health Sciences (SOHS) and/or Law Enforcement (LE) Coordinators, to ensure all campus areas are working in concert to expand the reach and achievement of the mission and growth of total credits taught at the campus. </li><li>Ensures quarterly goals are achieved, including goals for NCLEX pass rates, program completion rates, enrollment, and fiscal health. </li><li>Responsible for campus reports including, but not limited to, reports related to enrollment, activity, oversight/compliance, admissions, retention, and surveys. </li><li>Participates in the creation and implementation of marketing efforts. </li><li>Maintains regular communication with all campus managers. </li><li>Establishes and maintains relationships and regular communication with shared central services to achieve campus goals. </li><li>Leads development and implementation of the campus' community relations strategy, including, but not limited to, corporate partnerships, healthcare site partnerships (directly managed by Academic Affairs), community & online reputation (e.g. Google Reviews), and relationships with local government, chambers, K-12 & higher education, and community/charitable organizations. </li><li>Manages campus facility needs; collaborates with central facilities team to ensure timely and cost-efficient building maintenance. </li><li>Leads the regular campus management team meetings. </li><li>Leads the regular all-campus team meetings. </li><li>Supports the team effort for campus and University effectiveness and dedication to the continuous improvement process. </li><li>Participates in departmental, campus, University and in-service meetings. </li><li>Is involved in the University's planning and growth by serving on special task forces, HLC committees, and other developmental committees. </li><li>Provides constructive input to assist the University in decision-making and growth. </li><li>Implements and supports policy and procedural changes. </li><li>Maintains a professional image, attitude and work area. </li><li>Remains current in field through professional development such as: workshops, conferences, and/or course work. </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Accomplished leader with a minimum of 5 years of high-level management experience and a proven track record of success. </li><li>Enrollment management skills required (Preferred experience in higher education Admissions management) </li><li>Residential campus-based position with majority of work done at the campus </li><li>Clear understanding of and willingness to champion the University's mission, vision, and commitment to a student-centered culture with a priority on access, opportunity, and outcomes. </li></ul> <p>About Us:</p> <p>Rasmussen University, a university accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, an institutional accreditation agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (www.hlcommission.org), is dedicated to changing lives and the communities it serves through innovative educational programs.
