Our commitment to get it right every time, everywhere, makes us the trusted partner of businesses and organizations worldwide.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Sourcing Manager plays a critical role in sourcing, procuring, and monitoring vendors through a centralized purchasing process.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role (3 days per week) located at our Corporate Headquarters in Nashville, TN.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work with stakeholders from various business units within the organization to understand outsourcing needs or purchasing requirements </li><li>Strategic sourcing of vendors in each category </li><li>Facilitates RFI's and RFP's and monitors the required purchasing processes </li><li>Value and financial analysis of to identify areas with cost saving potential with alternative products and supplier </li><li>Works with the respective departments to determine appropriate KPI's and SLA's </li><li>Negotiates pricing, SLA's and terms with the vendors to maximize cost savings, quality and delivery </li><li>Monitors SLA's and vendor compliance with company policies </li><li>Contract inventory and management </li><li>Supports the execution and oversight of risk management programs and activities </li><li>Provides company representation with suppliers, market consultants and industry resources </li><li>Provides assistance in developing quality policy and plans for supply chain </li><li>Manages the vendor relationships as the primary point of contact </li><li>Develops effective relationships with vendors and manage overall performance and adherence to HireRight's processes and all compliance requirements </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree or higher </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>6+ years: experience in IT procurement, purchasing and supply chain management </li><li>6+ years: experience with business-to-business related services, background screening industry experience is a plus </li><li>Proven Experience in working with large enterprise agreements in technology including hardware, software, telecom and services </li><li>Experience working with and negotiating complex technology agreements including hardware, software, telecom, SAAS, IAAS, networking and cloud services </li></ul> <p>What do we offer</p> <p>In exchange for your expertise, HireRight offers an excellent employee benefit package which includes:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision </li><li>Paid Life/AD&D Insurance </li><li>Voluntary Life Insurance </li><li>Short & Long Term Disability </li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts </li><li>401K </li><li>Generous Paid Time Off Program </li><li>10 Paid Holidays </li><li>Education Assistance Program </li><li>Generous Referral Program </li><li>Employee Discounts and Rewards </li><li>And much more! </li><li>All resumes are held in confidence.
